We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.  All sales are final, but please advise us if you have any problems with your order.

We accept all major credit cards, debit, 

PayPal and Zelle.

We ship using USPS with tracking.  Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee $7.  KitaTKreations is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages, all items are shipped with tracking.  Please contact USPS first for any shipping concerns. Please allow 7-10 business days for custom orders (business days do no not include the weekends).  If you need a rush order before 7-10 business days please contact me ASAP once payment is made to make additional accommodations.

Once a custom order has been placed and you present with me with ideas I will try to incorporate as much as possible.

Once paid in Full you can choose your colors, or I can make something 

similar posted on my page, or I can be creative!
